God is good for having given us this blessing of memory making time.
Cam was the most excited this time around. For the last 1.5 - 2 months he has been asking when we were going to visit again or when they were going to come here. Generally speaking, he was really missing them!
So they came, had morning snuggles, read lots of stories, played a few games...
Lots of special memories to store until we meet together again.
At night we had a adults only night together. What wonderful fun!
We started with a special gormet supper where everyone was responsible for cooking their own delicious dinner. Wieska set a pretty table!
If you can click on this picture at all it will become obvious to you (because of the legoish smile...)Steve is creating the statue of liberty... or not so obvious, the guys missed out on that one.
Which left Martin very distressed and wondering how on earth Rach guessed alligator in .75 seconds flat. I mean, isn't that obvious!!?
Back to Steve who was trying to create a very disproportionate waffle to try and lead the guys to guess waffle iron which they never would have guessed because apparently it's obviously a waffle maker not a waffle iron.

And Daniel couldn't for anything make his white SQUARES look roundish enough to become obvious cauliflower.
And Jeff, he's wondering what the problem is with his bros who can't get his obvious computer.
And then there's Yen who led the girls to obvious victory with some stellar creations like holding up a long skinny yellow piece which Rach instantly and obviously guessed to be a giraffe, and her burying a man "underground" and holding the "grass" over top and topping it with tombstones for cementary, or her sending the man who had gone over a cliff in his car to the hospital where same green "grass" piece obviously became the roof for the ER!
And of course you can't leave out me who, being the scorekeeper obviously fudged the record keeping to be sure us girls came out the winners!

Just kidding! I'm not a cheater and just to give the guys some credit, they had some great creations too and I honestly can't even remember right now who won. Hey, it was 11:00 by then and I was keeping my eyes open with toothpicks.
More precious times, more precious memories. Thanks for loving us so much Dad and Mom you were willing to spend that much time driving to see us for such a short time.
As for the Creationary. Try it once. See if you don't make one of your lego men go down on all fours to become the lion that chased the Christian around the obvious Coliseum.... my girls failed to pick that one up for me.... I just don't know what I did wrong. Wouldn't anyone seeing a lego man on all fours automatically think lion?
PS. Steve has just corrected me. The gentlemen got points for both statue of Liberty and computer. I wasn't really surprised. We stayed even most of the game and they really did have some great creations. This was just one of those make the girls feel good posts. We didn't want Holly to think we'd marred her record!
