You did read my complaining about a) being restrained by their being too young to do errands with and b) growing up too fast in the same post? Pardon my foolishness.

It will be interesting to see youwear a bandana on your nose to hide that bluish tint and goose egg . . . soooo sorry to hear of your mishap. I suspect though that it will get the usual birders' attention since you mentioned 'goose'.

Yeah, you should've seen the look on my face when my birdword search on the blog turned up 'goose egg'! :-)
